Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a new appointment date if rescheduled within the required timeframe.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
No-shows or failure to communicate will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
